"US President Obama has called the downing of the Malaysian airliner over Ukraine 'a terrorist act' ". 

LEGAL VERSUS ILLEGAL REGIMES: In 2012 the Ukrainian people legally elected the government of Victor Yankovic. Two year later he was toppled in a fascist coup by UK/US trained forces, the so-called ‘Maidan’. Within months an illegal election was held at the behest of the UK/US coupists and thereafter recognised by the UK/US forces under various guises – NATO, the EU, the UN etc.

DEATH FOR DISSENTERS: Those who refused to recognise this chain of illegality were condemned virtually to death as the subsequent actions of the ‘elected’ President the chocolate baron and billionaire Petro Poroshenko showed. Hundreds were killed for refusal to accept his criminal regime. The ‘war’, in effect a pitiless massacre of the dissenters, continues.

REAL TARGET- PUTIN: Any attempt by Russia to aid the dissenters is threatened by the UK/US forces with ‘sanctions’ aimed at toppling their real target, the government of Vladimir Putin. These are the facts so far. How can it be resolved? How could it have been handled differently?

INTERNATIONAL LAW: It is regrettable the Russian government has been ill-advised in terms of international law. Soon after the election of Poroshenko there were D-Day ceremonies which Mr Putin wished to attend he was required by the UK/US forces to ‘meet’ Poroshenko. The UK/US media made much of this. Mr Putin did not seem to realize he had walked into a trap.

Under International Law the previous President, Yanukovic is STILL legally President of Ukraine till his term expires in 2016. By meeting Poroshenko the EU/NATO ‘powers’ tricked Mr Putin into officially ‘recognising’ the new and illegal regime, giving it legitimacy it does not have. What are the precedents? There are many.

1. In 1949 the forces of Mao Zedong seized power in China. The UK recognised them as the new government as the British traditionally recognises governments not regimes. In other words ‘who’s running the shop?’ The US does the opposite. They did not recognise Mao’s regime for 23 years, until 1972. Yes, a regime was in place for 23 years but denied legal recognition by the US and its allies. Instead they recognised tiny Taiwan/Taipei/Republic of China as the ‘official’ China it retained its seat at the UN under US protection.

2. In 1996 the Taliban forces toppled the bankrupt rule by the pro-US Rabbani government in Afghanistan. Rabbani fled to the Panshir Valley where he was given safe haven by Shah Achmed Massoud’s Northern Alliance. For five years the Taliban government 95% of Afghanistan but the US and its proxies refused to ‘recognise’ them . Only three countries – Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the UAE did so. Same groups who now fund terror groups in Syria and world-wide.

Instead the US retained the Rabbani government as ’government’ of all of Afghanistan – a total fiction but legal. In 2001 the US invaded Afghanistan at the request of that legal entity and simply ‘reinstalled Rabbani to power - all legal under international law. All subsequent US ‘actions’ in Afghanistan were therefore legal. Rabbani’s chief adviser took office as the next President, M. Karzai.

3. In 1975 the Khmer Rouge seized power in Cambodia. The UK/US forces immediately recognised them as the government which they were. In 1979 the Vietnamese Army invaded and toppled the Pol Pot regime. Despite the Cambodian genocide the Western forces, this being the Cold War, continued to recognize Pol Pot’s regime and fund it for several years.

4. Las Malvinas/The Falklands Islands: for hundreds of years a colonial possession of Great Britain yet very close to Argentina and previously territory of the Spanish Viceroy of La Plata, precursor to the Argentine Republic. Seized by the British Navy and held till 1982 when the Argentine Army retook it. Despite all logic the world rallied behind the UK/US forces when they recaptured the Islands in a massively expensive military exercise. Logic does not prevail over International Law.

5. During WWII circumstances required that German forces enter a number of neighbouring states in Europe. In each they made common cause with similar groups within those countries enabling them to install friendly or ‘puppet’ regimes. These ruled the lands but after five years, with the overall war situation going against Germany, their allies were deposed by the returning, paid hirelings of the Western Allies.  Many of Germany’s loyal friends were thereafter purged, gaoled even executed as ‘war criminals’ for their actions. These had ruled in fact but not in Law.

How is that possible? From 1939-45 the defeated pro-UK regimes simply fled to the UK/US where they ‘ruled’ legally if not in fact. In 1945 they returned at the point of UK/US bayonets. They then began to prosecute all the 1939-45 regimes as illegal and criminal. Poroshenko’s stooge regime may last a similar length or even longer but its end will be the same. All those heroes now merrily slaughtering innocent Russophiles must arrested, tried and executed as the common criminals they are. PP is a criminal and so are all his illegal orders, no matter that the UK/US forces support him, in fact they direct him. As in their many previous aggressions they also are culpable just not detainable. PP’s time is short, like Satan’s, so is furious to murder all dissenters before his brief stay in office is terminated.

6. The SS were one of the largest military formations in Germany 1933-45. By 1945 they numbered 900,000 members. At Nurmberg they were arbitrarily declared a ‘criminal organisation’ i.e. along the lines of the Italian Mafia. All their members have been hunted down arrested prosecuted even murdered for the past 69 years. A legal government entity but under International Law illegal. Like Poroshenko’s ‘national guard’ units now in Eastern Ukraine.

7. In 1964 the Republic of Rhodesia was unilaterally declared. Whites there did not wish to submit to black rule. They fought for 15 years and lost 27,000 lives but in 1980 the British government restored rule to a colonial governor, Lord Soames. He formally handed over power to Robert Mugabe. The 15 years republic was erased from history. Today children learn in school ‘Zimbabwe got independence from Britain in 1980’.

LESSONS LEARNT: From these few precedents we see the correct course of action open to Mr Putin.
1. Recognise Victor Yanokovic as the legal President. Demand his reinstatement.

2. Refuse to recognise or negotiate with the illegal Poroshenko regime. Hold to that path and refuse to allow Western pressure to force you to do what they know is illegal. It is your complicity they seek.

3. The UK/US forces may threaten sanctions but as North Korea has pointed out on occasion even the threat is itself is ‘an act of war’. Under International Law any act of aggression not done in self defence is a war crime. E.g. the illegal attack on Iraq in 2003. This is why Bush and Co pursued for so long the alleged ‘WMD’. This was to void any attempt under International Law to try them as war criminals. By threatening Rus with sanctions for supporting the Eastern Ukraine dissenters the UK/US forces are threatening aggression. The sanctions themselves ARE aggression. Any appropriate response from Rus is legal. E.g. asset seizures of Western companies. Freezing of their assets and equal travel bans.

4. If it comes to it, the demands of Poland for ‘action’ by the NATO forces could be seen as legal precedent for attack and therefore justification for a legitimate defence i.e. Rus action against the Polish regime itself. Incitement to violence is just as illegal as the violence itself. Look at the many Muslims clerics being prosecuted across the West.

5. The Eastern Ukraine rebels need to simply swear allegiance, not to their rebel republics which lack any legal recognition and are therefore a liability, but to President Victor Yanokovic. Under International Law his government still exists; their republics do not. No more than the Taliban regime from 1996-2001 despite its rule over 95% of the Afghanistan.

Once Mr Yanokovic recognises the two republics he could declare them ‘autonomous regions'. Thereafter their defence can be conducted legally. Then his government can legally call for Rus assistance against the real ‘rebels’ the Poroshenko junta. The war would be a legal Defence of the Realm. This could not be portrayed as aggression from Russia, as it is currently in the biased Western media,  but as legitimate ‘aid to a foreign power’. It would also aid the treatment of East Ukr people’s who could now be treated as POW’s not ‘terrorists’ and their families as refugees.

They would receive aid from the ICRC and other aid groups, allowing their media to break the media blackout now in place by the proUK/US media moguls. Geo Bush was able to detain 100’s of Afghans POW’s without trial, as 'Illegal Enemy Combatants' at Guantanamo Bay since 2001 simply because the US did not recognise the Taliban government as a legal entity. Don’t make the same mistake. Demand the ICRC visit all East Ukr POW centres and force PP to respect International Law in regard to their treatment.

6. Expand the War. It is all very well for PP to target pro-Rus zones for massive assaults. Under a re-constituted and Internationally recognised Yanukovic regime it would be correct to enforces his rule of law over the entire legal entity, i.e. retake the ‘rebel’ West Ukraine regions. If Poland wants US troops on the Rus border how  about Rus troops along Ukraine’s Western boundaries, there at the invitation of President Yanukovic?

7. Why take as a fait accompli anything the UK/US wish to foist on you? Kick them in the teeth! Is the only thing they respect. As an Irishman whose forebears were forced to flee the Australia in the 1890s I can testify to that. It is crucial we retain this perspective: the UK/US forces seek war with Rus for your stymying them in Syria, and preventing their invasion of Iran. They therefore created tensions in Ukraine to this end. Do not be drawn into their trap but instead trap them using the Law.

Believe me, Sir, this can be resolved legally. The UK/US forces know this. Get your lawyers onto it!

  Ukraine Air Crash Reveals Media Operate in ‘Two Worlds’:

“a Malaysian airliner on route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur has crashed in Eastern Ukraine. Early reports say it was shot down by a missile. The Ukrainian government is blaming pro-Russian rebels operating in the area. The rebels are blaming the Kyiv government. 290 lives may have been lost”. 

The Media's ‘Two Worlds’: What became clear in the hours after the air crash was that a world-wide propaganda offensive was underway. TV news in Brisbane ran the story continuously from 730am till 430pm and then into the evening. All regular programming was suspended. This has become the norm as the previous day, a high profile court case, Channel Nine had used exactly the same blanket coverage of just the one story, the Baden-Clay murder.

Why ‘two world’s? Working with the public means I get to hold 25-30 impromptu conversations with complete strangers per day, every day. This makes it easy to ‘gauge’ the public’s opinion. Well, today it was glaringly obvious none of them knew that for the past 65 days the fascist junta in Kyiv, installed by the CIA in a coup and later fake ‘election’ had been waging a murderous war of attrition against civilians. Over 1,000 innocents, mostly armed with only shotgun and small arms had been slaughtered by a modern army with equipped with rockets, long range artillery attack helicopter gunships, tanks machine guns and satellite surveillance via the US NSA. In short, it was a massacre. Yet the Australian public knew nothing, was the information secret? No. But the ‘mass media’ had denied it to them. How?

WHITE MURDER AND RAPE: Since Decembis 2013 sever al ‘high profile' cases, to use the media label, have flooded our TV, radio and print media, all conveniently owned by Rupert Murdoch and other foreign moguls. The case are a white-on-white murder by South African Oscar Pistorius of his blonde girlfriend. Brisbane had white Baden-Clay kill his white wife. B-C got life in prison. Then there's veteran entertainer Rolf Harris' ‘rape’ of 12 young white girls up to 30 years ago. The 86 year old received a five-year gaol sentence. Just prior to that Melbourne witnessed saw the Robert Hughes ‘Hey Dad’ rape case where he copped a 10 year sentence for ‘molesting’ five of his white, female co-stars on the 1980’s hit TV sit-com.

SELECTIVE AND SORDID: To switch on the ‘news’ for the past 7-8 months has been to only hear of these sordid cases, all by white males against whites females. The reporters in every case were, without exception, breathless bimbo types. So for serious aficionados of news there has been ‘nothing happening’ since last year. But…

USA: In the US 100’s of whites have been beaten to death often in broad daylight by gangs of up to a dozen young black males. This briefly appeared on the mass media ‘radar’ in early 2014 when the ignorant blacks mistakenly targeted and murdered a NYC J-w. The NYC media shrilly shrieked, as usual when something concerns one of our Masters, shouting ‘racism!’ They suddenly went silent when they realised it was a nation-wide, anti-white murder rampage. This J-w was simply ‘collateral damage’ as our Master's military love to say.

UK: In UK the same censoring is occurring for the almost-weekly, horrific murders of young white males and females. Hunted in parks by packs of frenzied blacks, stabbed to death in front of their parents, mutilated, burned alive. In each case the controlled media simply report: ‘police are investigating' before dropping the case forever. The London Daily Telegraph carries many such reports but does little follow-up and its reporters refuse to ‘join the dots’.

SOUTH AFRICA: Since Nil-son the Mangler seized power in 1994 over 70,000 whites have suffered violent deaths, nearly all at the hands of blacks, except for Riva Steenkampt. 5,000 white farmers alone have been slain. All the murders are explained not as a planned genocide but ‘robbery gone wrong’ even if the only thing stolen was another white life. Odd though, the killers often wait then capture entire families before slowly, methodically raping and torturing to death in front of each other. The nearly all-black police and media see nothing amiss.

AUSTRALIAN MEDIA: Here, every weekend there are black-on-white murders that are never reported as such. Our TV media ape the US format. A male J-w anchor with a female blond/airhead side-kick, a jokey weather guy/girl and news reader and another blond girl. One show even has a ‘panel’ called ‘Kochies Angels’ to discuss at length such issues as: ‘should children do chores around the house?’

LOUNGE DECORE: Their choice of TV studio decor is revealing. The ubiquitous lounge is arranged to face the audience, as if ‘we’re all your friends and you’re part of our conversation’. Aims to show social pariahs and shut-ins 'you're part of society, too'. What is also different is the length of the TV news programmes. Instead of the old fashioned 30 minute News bulletin they now run for five hours from 6am till 11am, then begin again from 3pm till 7pm. Nine hours per day, seven days a week. This, in theory, should give us a surfeit of news, but no. Only the same 4-5 'news' stories, such as those  named above, got all the coverage from Decembis 2013 till Juli 2014. Day and night, blanket coverage. In fact, early in the case Channel Seven even sent a reporter to South Africa for a week to stand outside the court house and report ‘live’. Why?

NEWS FEED: To distract us. Next time you watch the 'news' look at the bottom of the screen. On each channel a ‘news feed’ runs below while the bubble heads and their Masters yap above. Each Saturnsday and Solday on the AM news shows, stories such as these appear on their 'feed': ‘body of a man found in a Sydney street. Police are investigating’. 'Body of a man found in a Brisbane Park…' 'Body of a man in a Melbourne flat…’ Often outlying cities and towns get a mention, too. A regular drum-beat of murders, every weekend. No media comment or overview. Certainly its not going to be discussed by the deliberately vacuous 'Kochie Angels'. So what’s going on?

LOCAL CASES: Two local Brisbane cases in 2011and 2012 may shed some light. ‘A body of a man was found near the Nundah Hotel. Police are investigating’. So far, so good. ‘A body of a man was found in Gympie Road, Strathpine. Police are investigating’. Hey, that's near us! So we followed it up. Turned out the Nundah man was beaten by a black gang waiting outside the Hotel for just such inebriated white males to prey upon. Their stalked this guy, knocked him to the ground, stomped on his head till it split open and mashed his brains out. He was so mutilated that it took police a week to identify him from his finger prints. Was a local radio station DJ. Even this didn't excite media interest as it would have shone a light on the racial aspects. Better to let a friend die than defy their alien Masters.

STRATHPINE MURDER: In the second case a local white male, again inebriated, was stalked from a Hotel by 14 Pacific Islanders, notorious for their huge size – even women can be 150kg - and ferocity. ANA Comment: 'this is not Stalingrad'? So 1,000 Russophile civilians, men and women, killed in eight weeks merely for guarding their homes with shotguns and barricades against MBTs, APCs, AH's and long range artillery? This act of defiance is enough to have them branded by the Enemy-held media as 'rebels'. Of course, the real terrorists are not defenceless women and children but the hireling Western politicians like Cameron, Merkel and Obama who arranged this massacre. 

What stark options now face these retreating alleged 'rebels'? 

1. Against such overwhelming odds, they need to adopt guerrilla tactics, like the Taliban, Boko Harum and Al Shabaab. With meagre forces you cannot hold onto territory but you can make your enemy bleed for every foot of ground they capture. 

2. A good start would be to begin ambushing Ukrainian resupply convoys. This worked for the Sunnis in US-Occupied Iraq. Forces your foe to guard their rear and fight a 'war without front lines'. Makes them very edgy. They begin to make mistakes, waste resources and even commit atrocities which ruin their image. 

3. Do not confront front-line troops head-on. As Mao said: 'where the enemy is strong, be weak. Where the enemy are weak, be strong'.  

4. Target the enemy's soft rear areas, its cities. Maybe even its allies like Poland. Warsaw's current ruling clique seem quite keen to have the US launch WWIII from their soil. Maybe not enough of them died 1939-44? A little taste of their own blood may convince their public otherwise.

5. Begin to pressure the USA itself. They are eager to foment war in Europe as they did in 1914, 1939 and from 1990 1999. Maybe they will think again if bombs start to 'go off' in DC and LA. Might knock  the jingoism out of them. As said during the Vietnam protest era: 'Take the war to Washington!'

6. The Rus could encourage some of their jihadi foes to 'do a job' on the US. Such tech-poor jihadis would be glad for high-tech assistance in their war against US global hegemony.

7. Maybe the Rus could look aiding those crossing the US's Southern border. Its good enough for drug cartels, after all. US border is porous, for a price.

US elite imagine they can wage war on others with immunity. Not anymore.

THE STORY OF THE LAST YANA INDIAN

The glory and romance of archery culminated in England before the discovery of America. There, no doubt, the bow was used to its greatest perfection, and it decided the fate of nations. The crossbow and the matchlock had supplanted the longbow when Columbus sailed for the New World.
It was, therefore, a distinct surprise to the first explorers of America that the natives used the bow and arrow so effectively. In fact, the sword and the horse, combined with the white man's superlative self-assurance, won the contest over the aborigines more than the primitive blunderbuss of the times. The bow and arrow was still more deadly than the gun.

With the gradual extermination of the American Indian, the westward march of civilization, and the improvement in firearms, this contest became more and more unequal, and the bow disappeared from the land. The last primitive Indian archer was discovered in California in the year 1911.
When the white pioneers of California descended through the northern part of that State by the Lassen trail, they met with a tribe of Indians known as the Yana, or Yahi. That is the name they called themselves. Their neighbors called them the Nozi, and the white men called them the Deer Creek or Mill Creek Indians. Different from the other tribes of this territory, the Yana would not submit without a struggle to the white man's conquest of their lands.

The Yana were hunters and warriors. The usual California natives were yellow in color, fat and inclined to be peaceable. The Yana were smaller of stature, lithe, of reddish bronze complexion, and instead of being diggers of roots, they lived by the salmon spear and the bow. Their range extended over an area south of Mount Lassen, east of the Sacramento River, for a distance of fifty miles.
From the earliest settlement of the whites, hostilities existed between them. This resulted in definitely organized expeditions against these Indians, and the annual slaughter of hundreds.

The last big round-up of Mill Creek Indians occurred in 1872, when their tribe was surprised at its seasonal harvest of acorns. Upon this occasion a posse of whites killed such a number of natives that it is said the creek was damned with dead bodies. An accurate account of these days may be obtained from Watterman's paper on the Yana Indians. [Footnote: Vol. 13, No. 2, American Archaeology and Ethnology.]
During one of the final raids upon the Yana, a little band of Indian women and children hid in a cave. Here they were discovered and murdered in cold blood. One of the white scouting party laconically stated that he used his revolver to blow out their brains because the rifle spattered up the cave too much.

So it came to pass, that from two or three thousand people, the Yana were reduced to less than a dozen who escaped extermination. These were mainly women, old men and children. This tribal remnant sought the refuge of the impenetrable brush and volcanic rocks of Deer Creek Canyon. Here they lived by stealth and cunning. Like wild creatures, they kept from sight until the whites quite forgot their existence.

It became almost a legend that wild Indians lived in the Mount Lassen district. From time to time ranchers or sheep herders reported that their flocks had been molested, that signs of Indians had been found or that arrowheads were discovered in their sheep. But little credence was given these rumors until the year 1908, when an electric power company undertook to run a survey line across Deer Creek Canyon with the object of constructing a dam.

One evening, as a party of linemen stood on a log at the edge of the deep swift stream debating the best place to ford, a naked Indian rose up before them, giving a savage snarl and brandishing a spear. In an instant the survey party disbanded, fell from the log, and crossed the stream in record-breaking time. When they stopped to get their breath, the Indian had disappeared. This was the first appearance of Ishi, [Footnote: Ishi is pronounced "E-she."] the Yana.
Next morning an exploring expedition set out to verify the excited report of the night before. The popular opinion was that no such wildman existed, and that the linemen had been seeing things. One of the group offered to bet that no signs of Indians would be found.

As the explorers reached the slide of volcanic boulders where the apparition of the day before had disappeared, two arrows flew past them. They made a run for the top of the slide and reached it just in time to see two Indians vanish in the brush. They
left behind them an old white-haired squaw, whom they had been carrying. She was partially paralyzed, and her legs were bound in swaths of willow bark, seemingly in an effort to strengthen them.

The old squaw was wrinkled with age, her hair was cropped short as a sign of mourning, and she trembled with fear. The white men approached and spoke kindly to her in Spanish. But she seemed not to understand their words, and apparently expected only death, for in the past to meet a white man was to die. They gave her water to drink, and tried to make her call back her companions, but without avail.
Further search disclosed two small brush huts hidden among the laurel trees. So cleverly concealed were these structures that one could pass within a few yards and not discern them. In one of the huts acorns and dried salmon had been stored; the other was their habitation. There was a small hearth for indoor cooking; bows, arrows, fishing tackle, a few aboriginal utensils and a fur robe were found. These were confiscated in the white man's characteristic manner. They then left the place and returned to camp.

Next day the party revisited the site, hoping to find the rest of the Indians. These, however, had gone forever.
Nothing more was seen or heard of this little band until the year 1911, when on the outskirts of Oroville, some thirty-two miles from the Deer Creek camp, a lone survivor appeared. Early in the morning, brought to bay by a barking dog, huddled in the corner of a corral, was an emaciated naked Indian. So strange was his appearance and so alarmed was the butcher's boy who found him, that a hasty call for the town constable brought out an armed force to capture him.

Confronted with guns, pistols, and handcuffs, the poor man was sick with fear. He was taken to the city jail and locked up for safekeeping. There he awaited death. For years he had believed that to fall into the hands of white men meant death. All his people had been killed by whites; no other result could happen. So he waited in fear and trembling. They brought him food, but he would not eat; water, but he would not drink. They asked him questions, but he could not speak. With the simplicity of the white man, they brought him other Indians of various tribes, thinking that surely all "Diggers" were the same. But their language was as strange to him as Chinese or Greek.
And so they thought him crazy. His hair was burnt short, his feet had never worn shoes, he had small bits of wood in his nose and ears; he neither ate, drank, nor slept. He was indeed wild or insane.

By this time the news of the wild Indian got into the city papers, and Professor T. T. Watterman, of the Department of Anthropology at the University of California,
was sent to investigate the case. He journeyed to Oroville and was brought into the presence of this strange Indian. Having knowledge of many native dialects, Dr. Watterman tried one after the other on the prisoner. Through good fortune, some of the Yana vocabulary had been preserved in the records of the University. Venturing upon this lost language, Watterman spoke in Yana the words, Siwini, which means pine wood, tapping at the same time the edge of the cot on which they sat.

In wonderment, the Indian's face lighted with faint recognition. Watterman repeated the charm, and like a spell the man changed from a cowering, trembling savage. A furtive smile came across his face. He said in his language, I nu ma Yaki-- "Are you an Indian?" Watterman assured him that he was.
A great sense of relief entered the situation. Watterman had discovered one of the lost tribes of California; Ishi had discovered a friend.
They clothed him and fed him, and he learned that the white man was good.

Since no formal charges were lodged against the Indian, and he seemed to have no objection, Watterman took him to San Francisco, and there, attached to the Museum of Anthropology, he became a subject of study and lived happily for five years. From him it was learned that his people were all dead. The old woman seen in the Deer Creek episode was his mother; the old man was his uncle. These died on a long journey to Mt. Lassen, soon after their discovery. Here he had burned their bodies and gone into mourning. The fact that the white men took their means of procuring food, as well as their clothing, contributed, no doubt, to the death of the older people.

Half starved and hopeless, he had wandered into civilization. His father, once the chieftain of the Yana tribe, having domain over all the country immediately south of Mt. Lassen, was long since gone, and with him all his people. Ranchers and stockmen had usurped their country, spoiled the fishing, and driven off the game. The acorn trees of the valleys had been taken from them; nothing remained but evil spirits in the land of his forefathers.

Now, however, he had found kindly people who fed him, clothed him, and taught him the mysteries of civilization. When asked his name, he said: "I have none, because there were no people to name me," meaning that no tribal ceremony had been performed. But the old people had called him Ishi, which means "strong and straight one," for he was the youth of their camp. He had learned to make fire with sticks; he knew the lost art of chipping arrowheads from flint and obsidian; he was the fisherman and the hunter. He knew nothing of our modern life. He had no name for iron, nor cloth, nor horse, nor road. He was as primitive as the aborigines of the pre-Columbian period. In fact, he was a man in the Stone Age. He was absolutely
untouched by civilization. In him science had a rare find. He turned back the pages of history countless centuries. And so they studied him, and he studied them.

From him they learned little of his personal history and less of that of his family, because an Indian considers it unbecoming to speak much of his own life, and it brings ill luck to speak of the dead. He could not pronounce the name of his father without calling him from the land of spirits, and this he could only do for some very important reason. But he knew the full history of his tribe and their destruction.
His apparent age was about forty years, yet he undoubtedly was nearer sixty. Because of his simple life he was in physical prime, mentally alert, and strong in body.

He was about five feet eight inches tall, well proportioned, had beautiful hands and unspoiled feet.
His features were less aquiline than those of the Plains Indian, yet strongly marked outlines, high cheek bones, large intelligent eyes, straight black hair, and fine teeth made him good to look upon.
As an artisan he was very skilful and ingenious. Accustomed to primitive tools of stone and bone, he soon learned to use most expertly the knife, file, saw, vise, hammer, ax, and other modern implements.
Although he marveled at many of our inventions and appreciated matches, he took great pride in his ability to make fire with two sticks of buckeye. This he could do in less than two minutes by twirling one on the other.

About this time I became an instructor in surgery at the University Medical School, which is situated next to the Museum. Ishi was employed here in a small way as a janitor to teach him modern industry and the value of money. He was perfectly happy and a great favorite with everybody.

From his earliest experience with our community life he manifested little immunity to disease. He contracted all the epidemic infections with which he was brought in contact. He lived a very hygienic existence, having excellent food and sleeping outdoors, but still he was often sick. Because of this I came in touch with him as his physician in the hospital, and soon learned to admire him for the fine qualities of his nature.

Though very reserved, he was kindly, honest, cleanly, and trustworthy. More than this, he had a superior philosophy of life, and a high moral standard.
By degrees I learned to speak his dialect, and spent many hours in his company. He told us the folk lore of his tribe. More than forty myths or animal stories of his have been recorded and preserved. They are as interesting as the stories of Uncle Remus. The escapades of wildcat, the lion, the grizzly bear, the bluejay, the lizard, and the coyote are as full of excitement and comedy as any fairy story.

He knew the history and use of everything in the outdoor world. He spoke the language of the animals. He taught me to make bows and arrows, how to shoot them, and how to hunt, Indian fashion. He was a wonderful companion in the woods, and many days and nights we journeyed together.
After he had been with us three years we took him back to his own country. But he did not want to stay. He liked the ways of the white man, and his
own land was full of the spirits of the departed.

He showed us old forgotten camp sites where past chieftains made their villages. He took us to deer licks and ambushes used by his people long ago. One day in passing the base of a great rock he scratched with his toe and dug up the bones of a bear's paw. Here, in years past, they had killed and roasted a bear. This was the camp of Ya mo lo ku. His own camp was called Wowomopono Tetna or bear wallow.

We swam the streams together, hunted deer and small game, and at night sat under the stars by the camp fire, where in a simple way we talked of old heroes, the worlds above us, and his theories of the life to come in the land of plenty, where the bounding deer and the mighty bear met the hunter with his strong bow and swift arrows.
I learned to love Ishi as a brother, and he looked upon me as one of his people. He called me Ku wi, or Medicine Man; more, perhaps, because I could perform little sleight of hand tricks, than because of my profession.

But, in spite of the fact that he was happy and surrounded by the most advanced material culture, he sickened and died. Unprotected by hereditary or acquired immunity, he contracted tuberculosis and faded away before our eyes. Because he had no natural resistance, he received no benefit from such hygienic measures as serve to arrest the disease in the Caucasian. We did everything possible for him, and nursed him to the painful bitter end.
When his malady was discovered, plans were made to take him back to the mountains whence he came and there have him cared for properly. We hoped that by this return to his natural elements he would recover. But from the inception of his disease he failed so rapidly that he was not strong enough to travel.

Consumed with fever and unable to eat nourishing food, he seemed doomed from the first. After months of misery he suddenly developed a tremendous pulmonary hemorrhage. I was with him at the time, directed his medication, and gently stroked his hand as a small sign of fellowship and sympathy. He did not care for marked demonstrations of any sort.
He was a stoic, unafraid, and died in the faith of his people.
As an Indian should go, so we sent him on his long journey to the land of shadows. By his side we placed his fire sticks, ten pieces of dentalia or Indian money, a small bag of acorn meal, a bit of dried venison, some tobacco, and his bow and arrows.
These were cremated with him and the ashes placed in an earthen jar. On it is inscribed "Ishi, the last Yana Indian, 1916."

And so departed the last wild Indian of America. With him the neolithic epoch terminates. He closes a chapter in history. He looked upon us as sophisticated children--smart, but not wise. We knew many things and much that is false. He knew nature, which is always true. His were the qualities of character that last forever. He was essentially kind; he had courage and self-restraint, and though all had been taken from him, there was no bitterness in his heart. His soul was that of a child, his mind that of a philosopher.
With him there was no word for good-by. He said: "You stay, I go."
He has gone and he hunts with his people. We stay, and he has left us the heritage of the bow.

“Following the death of 23 Ukrainian troops in the Luhansk region of Eastern Ukraine, Ukrainian  President Petro Poroshenko has vowed to kill ‘100 terrorists for every one of our men that were lost’ ”.

A WAR, FOR REAL: The Western media lickspittles lapped this bilge up but for weeks have reported nothing of the 460 lives lost at the hands of these ‘troops’ the real terrorists. Could it be PP’s little ‘heroes; are only good at murder but combat fazes them?

It is now time to fight a real war, not like your cowardly allies in MOTS, who drop phosphorous and cluster bombs on defenceless ghettoes every time a fire cracker is thrown in their general direction. Reports from their Occupied Zone today said: ‘100 unarmed civilians, mainly women and children, have been killed in the past week for no loses to our side’.

That’s the type of WAR the New World Order criminals prefer. In former times such one-sided ‘victories’ were called ‘war crimes’ and ‘crimes against humanity’ but PP and his US handlers ignore this.

As for MOTS' aggression, the usually outspoken UN Human Rights chief Navi Pillay meekly reported: '180 targets were destroyed and 200 homes destroyed'. She suggested that :'maybe some human rights are being violated'. Duh! This same HR lapdog in 2004 criticised the Howard government ‘Intervention’ in Outback Australia’s Ab ‘communities’ (sic) where rape incest and drug use are at epidemic proportions. She vociferously criticised this as ‘racist’.

HUMAN RIGHTS BUT ONLY FOR UNTERMENSCH: Why? Pillay was a hero (sic) of the anti-apartheid struggle, i.e. the racist Black and Asian war against white rule of South Africa. A good high-caste Indian, she hated being caste as a ‘Coloured’ and demanded what all Indians want: to be Master. Since NP and her friends in the African National Congress seized power in 1994 over 70,000 South African whites have been murdered.

Any comment from NP? Not a whisper; only deafening silence. Could this not be construed as RACIST? Possibly, but as only anti-white racism is LEGAL across the West, all attempts at defending white rights is therefore illegal.
